1. Booking Cancellation — Simple Rules
For your convenience, our cancellation rules are straightforward. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
* Free Cancellation (within 1 hour): Customers can cancel their booking within one hour without any extra charges.
* Technician Assigned: If a technician has already been assigned, a non-refundable service charge of ₹100 will apply upon cancellation.
* Technician En Route / Reached: If the technician has started traveling or has arrived at the location, a cancellation charge of ₹150 will apply.
* Customer No-Show: If the customer is unavailable for 30 minutes after the technician’s arrival, the booking may be auto-canceled, and charges will remain non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility & Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions, subject to verification in every case:

Important: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Bank, or Wallet). Processing may take 2–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Refund Process — Step-by-Step
* Request: Submit a refund request via the App/Website or through our support email/phone.
* Initial Response: We will acknowledge your request and provide an initial response within 24–48 hours.
* Investigation (if required): We will verify technician photos, OTP confirmations, billing details, and location proofs.
* Approval: Once approved, the refund process begins, and the amount should reflect in your account within 2–7 business days.
4. No-Show, Delay & Incorrect Address
* Technician Delay: If the technician is more than 30 minutes late, the customer will have the option for a free cancellation.
* Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the technician travels to the wrong location, a ₹150 deduction will apply upon cancellation.
* Company Fault: If the technician fails to show up due to a company fault, a full refund and priority rescheduling will be offered.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or bank dispute, we conduct a detailed investigation that may take 3–10 working days. Decisions will be based on technician OTPs, site photos, and invoices.

* Screenshot of payment confirmation
* Photos (if service started) or proof of technician arrival
* Bank statement showing the debit (if required)
* Any relevant chat or call logs

* Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
* A: It takes 2–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
* Q: Can I get a refund if the technician has already finished the work?
* A: Generally, no. However, if the service quality was poor and you have proof, we will conduct a case-by-case review.
* Q: Should I cancel via the phone or the app?
* A: Canceling via the App/Website is the fastest method. We also accept requests via phone; please ensure you have your Booking ID ready.
